Delivery
We aim to send all orders out on the same day or by the next working day. We have a 2pm cut off time for orders to be shipped the same day. Orders received after this time will be shipped the next working day. We only ship orders Monday – Friday, no orders are shipped on a weekend.

All orders are delivered by either Royal Mail or a courier with Parcel2Go.

Postage charges are as follows,
Standard Tracked & Insured – £3.95
Please allow 1-2 days for delivery.

Standard UK Delivery Royal Mail 48 – £2.95
Please allow 2-4 days for delivery.

Orders Outside The UK
International deliveries may incur import taxes. All fees and import taxes are your sole responsibility. Gplayingcards hos no control over these fees or taxes. International postage starts at £9.99

All orders must be carefully inspected upon delivery for signs of breakage or damage that may have happened in transit. Any problems must be reported in writing via email within 3 working days. Claims outside this time may be refused as we will not be able to claim against the delivery company.

Returns
As per the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2014, you have up to 14 days to return your goods from the date of delivery. You must contact us first before returning any items

Please note, any goods returned need to be unused and in perfect condition unless you are returning due to a manufacturing fault. Playing cards that have been opened CANNOT be returned unless faulty/printed incorreclty.

You are responsible for any returned products until they reach us. We cannot be held responsible for products that are damaged in transit or do not reach us. Please make sure items are packed carefully and send them via a Recorded/Tracked service.

Please make sure you add your original order number with your return. This will help us identify your order and process your return quickly.

As soon as we receive your items back they will be inspected and you will be issued a refund of the product price or a replacement product. PLEASE NOTE, we do not refund the original postage or carriage costs.
